We help families navigate one of the most complex financial decisions of their lives
When long-term care becomes necessary, families are often forced to make high-stakes financial decisions quickly—without clear guidance, and with very little room for error.
SeniorAid exists to bring clarity, needed support, and confidence to that process.
SeniorAid was founded by Paul & Lisa Marsh to help families make informed, confident decisions about long-term care—by turning a confusing and high-risk process into a clear, manageable path forward.
We believe families shouldn’t have to navigate complex financial systems alone, especially during emotionally difficult moments. Our role is to provide the guidance, needed support, and follow-through needed to get it right.
About Us
Paul Marsh, Founder
Paul has spent years working closely with individuals and families navigating Medicare and long-term care decisions—often during moments of uncertainty, urgency, and emotional strain.
Through this work, he developed a deep understanding of how complex and overwhelming the system can be. More importantly, he saw how easily families can make decisions that lead to unnecessary delays, financial loss, or missed opportunities for support—simply because they didn’t have clear guidance.
Paul’s background in coaching shapes how he works. He has a natural ability to break down complicated situations into clear, manageable steps and help people move forward with confidence. He listens carefully, asks the right questions, and brings a steady, grounded presence to conversations that often feel high-pressure.
His approach is practical, honest, and focused on outcomes. Families don’t just receive information—they leave with a clear understanding of what to do next and how to move forward.
Lisa Marsh, Co-Founder
Lisa brings a background in Human Resources and benefits administration to SeniorAid, where precision, organization, and accountability are essential.
She has experience managing complex documentation, navigating compliance requirements, and ensuring that processes are followed accurately and thoroughly. These skills are critical in the Medicaid application process, where small errors or missing details can lead to delays or denials.
Lisa plays a key role in making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She brings structure to what can otherwise feel chaotic—tracking details, managing timelines, and ensuring that every step is handled with care.
Her approach is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and highly reliable. Families benefit from knowing that the process is being handled carefully and completely.
We understand that this is not just a financial process—it’s happening during a meaningful and often emotional time in your life.
Our role is to:
Bring clarity to a complicated system
Help you avoid costly mistakes
Provide support and direction
Support you through each step of the process
We meet you where you are, and we help you move forward with confidence.
